At Hotjar, I hosted "Through the Looking Jar," which was all about making remote work more meaningful and human. From mental health conversations to tackling dreaded meetings, it was an experience that reminded me how powerful small changes can be. I also ran virtual events that felt more like gathering with friends than formal webinars, bringing thousands of people together.
Whether I’m designing content strategies that speak to real people (like I did at Uberall), organizing 30 speakers for HOTSAUCE in NYC, or building communities that last, my focus is always on creating spaces where genuine connections happen.
